APB HISTORY

Behind all things awesome are a number of brilliant minds working together to get their great ideas come to life!

It comes off as no surprise that like all things phenomenal, we started off as a small club with little numbers. With heart and determination, the Ambient Print Board was formed collectively by the first core four; Naveena Nathene James, the President; Chooi Li, the Vice President; Ahmad Kamil, the Secretary; and Roshni Prem Nair, the Treasurer. Starting out with just 21 members in the beginning, we intend to keep growing bigger and better! Fast forward three years to 2017 with now 53 members, and a team behind it all getting stronger than ever, our dream for growth still thrives on, and it will only go forward from here!

From Day One, our mission has been to capture your happiest, funniest, or even your oddest moments here on campus, as well as inspire others with your stories! We from APB gladly provide students the platform to get their creative gears in their brains running and express whatever thoughts and ideas to be shared with everyone!

Here, we propagate passion and creativity, and that doesn’t stop just behind the camera or the computer!

“As for my vision, I hope to bring APB to a whole new level by tapping into the collective creativity of our members and also the HWUM community. I want APB to be the one thing that the students think of when they want to do something creative outside of their academics. I'd love for APB to gain external recognition from its internal projects (like who knows, maybe one of our projects can grab the attention of an external party?). APB will still be the club that documents the happenings of HWUM, but it'll also be the platform that allows the students to express their creativity.” (Zulaikha Zainul Rizam, APB President, 2017)

So if you’re looking for an opportunity to get your ideas to shine, you’ve found your chance!
